These Terms govern your use of telecomie.com and any training course you purchase from us. By using the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to them.

2. What we provide

Consulting and project services — telecommunications network design, structured cabling, fibre-optic infrastructure, ELV/ICT systems. Online training courses — recorded video courses and exam-preparation material.

3. Certification disclaimer — please read

Our courses are independent exam-preparation material created by Telecomie.

  • BICSI® and RCDD® are registered trademarks of BICSI, Inc.
  • CPP® and PSP® are registered certification marks of ASIS International.

Telecomie is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by BICSI, Inc. or ASIS International. These marks are used only to describe the examinations our material helps you prepare for.

We do not issue BICSI or ASIS certifications. Only those bodies can. Purchasing our course does not register you for any exam, and does not guarantee that you will pass. Certificates we issue confirm completion of a Telecomie course only.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account is for one person; sharing login details or allowing others to access purchased content is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

5. Course purchases

Prices are shown at checkout. Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax will be added and shown separately on your invoice. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Access is granted once payment clears.

6. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, slides, notes, practice questions and downloads — is the property of Telecomie and protected by copyright.

You may view the content for your own learning and download materials where we provide a download option. You may not copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, publish or share the content, use it to train an AI model, or use it to deliver your own training, without our written permission.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape or bulk-download content, or post unlawful or infringing material.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site and courses available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and may update course content over time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or exam outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Course material does not replace professional engineering judgement, applicable codes and standards, or site-specific design review.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms — in particular Sections 4, 6 or 8.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
