We want you to be satisfied with your course. This policy explains when a refund is available.
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course.
2. When a refund is available
You are eligible if all of the following apply: you request within the refund window; you have consumed less than 25% of the course content; you have not downloaded the bulk of the downloadable materials; and you have not been issued a completion certificate.
3. When a refund is not available
- The refund window has passed
- You have completed more than 25% of the course, or been issued a certificate
- You have downloaded the majority of course materials
- Access was terminated for breach of our Terms
- You bought the course on a third-party platform — their refund policy applies instead
4. Free preview lessons
Several courses include free preview lessons. We encourage you to watch these before purchasing to confirm the teaching style and level suit you.
5. How to request
Email info@telecomie.com with your name, the email used at purchase, the course name, your order/invoice number, and a brief reason (optional). We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in the original currency; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or bank fees. Course access is revoked once the refund is issued.
7. Exceptional circumstances
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing a course and we could not resolve it, we will refund you in full regardless of the window.
8. Services (non-course)
This policy covers online courses only. Consulting, design and installation services are governed by the individual contract or purchase order for that project.
